Regulations for Project Presentation(updated)
1. 1.Maximum of 2 participants /model.
2. 2.FINAL and PRE-FINAL year working projects and demos are accepted.
3. 3.Send the detailed information (Abstract) about the project to rndece.vjcet@gmail.com
4. 4.Selection procedure will be based on the innovativeness of the idea, complexity of implementing and relevance to present conditions
5. 5.*The project submitted can be a working model or a simulated output can be displayed.
6. 6.Maximum time of presentation will be 10 minutes and 5 minutes for questions
7. 7.Specify clearly the power requirements and floor space required along with abstract.
8. 8.An exhibition will be conducted for 20 minutes after the presentation
9. 9.Participants should bring their own hardware equipment required for the project display.
10. 10.Each participant should mention his/her mail ID and contact number in their abstract.
11. 11.Last date for the submission of the abstracts is 25rd of March 2010.
12. 12.Selected projects will be notified on or before 26th March 2010.
